(2) No officer or member of Parliament in whom powers are vested by or under this Constitution for regulating procedure or the conduct of business, or for maintaining order, in Parliament shall be subject to the jurisdiction of any court in respect of the exercise by him of those powers.

Brief Detail

It further ensures that the officers or members of Parliament who are entrusted with powers to regulate procedures, conduct business, or maintain order within Parliament cannot be held accountable in any court for their actions while exercising these powers. This provision reinforces the autonomy of Parliament to manage its internal affairs without judicial interference.
