क्या 409 और 420 की धारा एक साथ लगाई जा सकती है

धारा 409 भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की एक धारा है, जो किसी भी व्यक्ति को अपने अधिकार के उपयोग के लिए धोखा देने या किसी भी धनदायक संपत्ति को अपने स्वार्थ के लिए उपयोग करने के लिए आरोपी करती है। वहीं, धारा 420 भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की एक और धारा है, जो किसी व्यक्ति को धोखे से पैसे या अन्य आवासीय संपत्ति को उठाने या चुराने के लिए आरोपी करती है। जब किसी व्यक्ति को दोनों धाराओं के अंतर्गत आरोप लगाया जाता है, तो उन्हें एक साथ लगाया जा सकता है। दोनों धाराएं अलग-अलग होती हैं और उनकी सजा भी अलग-अलग होती है, लेकिन उनमें से किसी एक धारा के तहत आरोपी को जेल भेजा जाने के बाद वह दूसरी धारा के तहत भी आरोपी के रूप में उपलब्ध हो सकता है।
