हाँ, एक मां अपने किसी बच्चे को अपनी संपत्ति दे सकती है, लेकिन यह उस संपत्ति के स्वामित्व के नियमों और विधियों के अनुसार करना होगा। भारतीय कानून के अनुसार, यदि संपत्ति नामकरण पत्र में मां का नाम है तो वह संपत्ति का स्वामित्व रखती है। मां अपनी संपत्ति किसी भी व्यक्ति को वसीयत या उपहार के रूप में दे सकती है। लेकिन, यह उस संपत्ति के स्वामित्व के नियमों और विधियों के अनुसार करना होगा। इसलिए, अगर आपकी मां अपनी संपत्ति किसी बच्चे को देना चाहती है तो उसे यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उस संपत्ति के स्वामित्व और संबंधित विवरणों को उचित तरीके से बदला जाए। यह उस संपत्ति के पूर्व और बाद की स्थिति के आधार पर निर्भर करता है।
