Follow any prior agreements made: If you have taken money on loan and you cannot repay it, try to fulfill any prior agreements made. You can also negotiate with the lender to extend the repayment date. File a case in court: If you don't have any prior agreement or if your lender is not communicating with you in a reasonable way, you can file a case in court. This can be a possible solution that can be recommended by a legal advisor. Complain to the police: If the opposite person threatens you, insults you, or makes you feel intimidated, you can complain to the police. If you have any proof, include it in your complaint. Seek legal advice: If you are unsure about how to proceed legally, it is a good idea to seek legal advice. A lawyer can help you understand your rights and suggest the best course of action. It is important to remember that the law can only do so much. You should also try to take responsibility for your actions and make a plan to repay any debts as soon as possible. Communication and honesty can go a long way in resolving conflicts.
