Served as a central government officer in the Department of Telecommunications, from 1994 to 2000 and served
as a PSU executive in MTNL, from 2000 to 2020. Undergone various in-service trainings in GSM, 2G, 3G, 4G,
CDMA and landlines at various technical training centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Swindon (United
Kingdom). Dealt with regulatory, legal compliances and consumer grievance redressal in Department of
Telecommunications. Dealt with various inter-operator contracts, liaisoning, acceptance and quality testing,
commissioning and implementation of various projects of mobile network with multinational vendors like
Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, ITI, ATNT, Wipro, HFCL.

Worked as the President of Resident Welfare Association, Dwarka Sector 9.
